The next day, take it out and put it on the grill. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius and 180 degrees Celsius for three minutes. Put the duck on the rack and brush it with barbecue sauce. You can wrap the feet in tin foil or not. Brush it with honey after five minutes of baking, then brush it with barbecue sauce after about twenty minutes of baking, brush it with honey again for another five minutes, and then repeat it again, about three times.
