Smoked small yellow croaker
Overview
Fresh small croakers are fried thoroughly first, and then made into smoked croakers according to the method of smoking fish. The fish meat is crispy, delicious and richly spiced.

Remove the internal organs of the yellow croaker, wash and drain.

Make a few cuts on each fish.

Add all seasonings to the pot.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for one minute.

Pour into a bowl and let cool.

Add appropriate amount of peanut oil to the pot.

Add yellow croaker and fry until cooked.
