Ingredients: minced meat, carrots, mushrooms, onions.

Cut the onions, carrots, and mushrooms into small dices and put them into the minced meat. Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, salt, pepper powder, cooking wine and a little light soy sauce and mix well (it is best to add pepper, but because the child does not eat pepper, I add pepper powder every time).

Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly in one direction.

Then add flour in small portions, stirring in one direction.

Don't add too much flour. The main purpose of adding flour is to keep the meatloaf from loosening.

Pour some vegetable oil into the pan.
