Pan-fried potato chips

Pan-fried potato chips

Overview

I once went back to China to visit a friend. Their family basically ate vegetarian food. The hostess made a dish called fried potatoes. It was very fragrant and went well with rice. I really liked it. After returning home, I made it several times based on the taste. It was really good. It may also be a good choice for those who eat vegetarian food. For those who eat meat, it is also very good to eat vegetarian food from time to time. Besides, potatoes are a frequent guest on everyone's dinner table.

  5. Fry both sides repeatedly until both sides are basically golden brown. Turn to low heat, mix the seasoning in the bowl, and then pour about 1/2 tablespoon of the seasoning into the gap between the potato slices to let the potatoes absorb the seasoning. Fry for a while. After frying one side, flip and fry the other side. Then pour in about the same amount of seasoning and fry for a while. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped dried rosemary when eating. It is very delicious.
