First, let’s dry the tomato paste we got: it looks like this, one pack is 320g. There is only one pack of trial products, which is too little, haha. I used up all the dishes in the last two times

Cut fresh grass carp into pieces, add shredded ginger, pepper and rice wine, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes

-
Shred the onion, slice the ginger, and keep the garlic whole.
-
Put a little oil in the pan, add fish pieces and fry until set,
-
Fry until half-cooked and then add boiling water. The amount of water should be close to the fish, not too much. After the water boils, simmer for 3 minutes.
-
In another pan, sauté onions, garlic and ginger until fragrant
-
Then add diced tomatoes
-
Stir well and add salt, sugar and appropriate amount of pepper
-
Simmer until the tomatoes turn red and the soup becomes thicker, then add Heinz tomato sauce to make the color of the soup more beautiful and the tomato flavor stronger
-
Bring to a boil again.
-
Pour all the stewed tomato juice into the fish,
-
After the water boils, continue to simmer for a few minutes
