Cool summer sesame paste cold noodles
Overview
I like the taste of sesame sauce the most, and I also love noodles the most, so when summer comes, cold sesame sauce noodles are what I often make. All vegetables are grown in our own small vegetable garden, healthy and fresh.

Prepare flour and knead into a slightly stiff dough.

Cut the peppers and okra into small pieces, add salt, sugar, fresh beetroot, vinegar, and sesame oil and mix well.

Mix sesame paste with light soy sauce, salt, vinegar, sesame oil and water.

Blanch the vegetables in water, and then put them in the vegetables I have in the garden. You can put in the vegetables you like according to your own preferences.

To make the dough into noodles, I use a dough press, but the taste doesn't have to be inferior to hand-rolled noodles.

Boil water to cook noodles.
