Braised pig ears
Overview
I bought a native pig ear in the morning, cleaned it and marinated it when I got home. After marinating, turn off the heat and soak it in the marinade. It can be eaten just in time after get off work at noon. Braised pig ears are both flexible and crispy, have a fresh and not greasy taste, have a very good texture, are rich in colloids, are nutritious and delicious.

Scrape off the impurities from the pig ears and clean them.

Blanch the water in a pot under cold water.

Spices preparation (partially put into spice balls).

Add water to the rice cooker, add ginger, garlic and spice balls.

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce.

Add the pig ears and cook for 35 minutes. Turn over halfway through and pour the marinade on the food. After cooking, soak in the marinade for about 2 hours to make it more delicious.

Remove and cut into strips.
