Overview

The temperature in early spring always fluctuates, and my hands and feet often feel cold in the morning and evening. It is not like this in winter, and I always want to drink hot soup to warm my body. What I often cook is borscht. I use a lot of vegetables and add more pepper. This one is enough and I don’t have to cook other dishes.

  1. Wash and cut the beef into pieces and soak in water for half an hour

  2. Add ginger slices and green onion segments and simmer in a pressure cooker until soft

  3. Peel tomatoes and potatoes, cut all vegetables into small pieces, smash garlic

  4. Add butter to the pot, add onion and garlic after melting, stir-fry until golden brown

  5. Stew in a pressure cooker until tender. Add all the vegetables and stir-fry for a while

  6. Add beef broth and cooked beef, add bay leaves, tomato paste, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat until the vegetables are soft and tender, add salt and black pepper when serving
