Add all the seasonings to the pork stuffing and stir evenly in a clockwise direction, then let it sit for 20 minutes and set aside

Lay the dry tofu flat, leaving space on all four sides, and fill the middle with meat filling

Starting from one side, roll up the dry tofu with meat filling

Place the rolled dry tofu rolls on a plate with the opening facing down. Steam them in a cold pot with cold water. After the water boils, steam them for 25 minutes

The steamed tofu rolls are placed on the curtain, ready for smoking

Line the wok with tin foil, sprinkle a handful of sugar, and smoke. After 30 seconds of smoking, turn off the heat and simmer for two minutes

Let the smoked tofu rolls cool, cut into thick slices, and serve on a plate
