Rabbit meat with dried fruits, green bamboo shoots
Overview
Rabbit meat is relatively lean, and if you eat it on a barbecue, it will be more woody. It is more suitable to make a clear stew or a dry pot. This time Hua'er made a dry pot rabbit meat with green bamboo shoots and it tasted very good.
