Ingredients
Steps
-
Boil water and add spaghetti
-
Add olive oil and salt to the pot
-
Cook the noodles until soft and broken
-
Take the noodles out of the pot and set aside
-
Pour olive oil into the pot (you can also use butter instead of olive oil, which will be more fragrant), and fry crab mushrooms
-
Add chopped onions to the pot and stir-fry together
-
Add the chopped bell peppers to the pot and stir-fry together
-
Add shrimps to the pot and stir-fry together
-
Cut each of the two colors of small tomatoes in half, add the small tomatoes to the pot, and stir-fry together
-
Put the light cream in the pot and stir-fry (I put less light cream, if you like the milky flavor, you can put more light cream. In addition, you can also use milk instead of light cream)
-
Add flour to water to make flour water. Make the flour water thinner. Pour a small amount of relatively thin flour water into the pot and simmer for a while
-
After the flour and water in the pot are reduced, add salt and chicken essence, stir well, then add the previously cooked pasta
-
Stir until the flour and water are almost dry
-
Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate, and finally sprinkle with chopped parsley (chopped parsley is not a commonly used condiment, so it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any at home)
