Green pepper stuffed with meat
Overview
My mother often makes this dish, and every time she makes it, she will send some to us. The green pepper stuffed meat perfectly blends the fragrance of green pepper and the tenderness of the meat filling, making it feel like you are not getting enough after eating it. Since I have a special fondness for this dish, I learned how to make it from my mother, so that I can eat it whenever I want. In fact, the method is very simple. If you can't eat anything too spicy, you can remove the stems from the peppers, which will reduce the spiciness a lot.
