  3. Blanch the lamb chops and wash them.

  5. Put the lamb chops, half of the ginger, green onions, 5 bay leaves, salt, cooking wine, sugar and MSG into the pressure cooker, add water, bring to a boil and let it simmer for about 8 minutes.

  6. Remove the cooked lamb chops and drain the soup. Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, add the lamb chops and stir-fry.

  7. When the water on the surface of the meat is dry, stir-fry the cumin powder.
