[Oyster Sauce Tofu] One trick makes frying tofu easy. Unknowingly, a few friends always discuss food when they get together, what dishes they cooked today, what they are going to eat tomorrow, how to cook them, and where to find good ingredients. It was during this kind of chat that I discovered a pretty good restaurant that doesn't serve tofu. After buying it, I found it to be really good. The aroma is relatively strong and there is no strange smell. It is a good old tofu and is more suitable for frying. Then have some oyster sauce tofu.

Material map, onions, tofu. Garlic sprouts.

Ingredients: light soy sauce, oyster sauce.

Cut the tofu into thick slices.

Cut the onion into cubes and mince the garlic sprouts.

Take a dry plate, pour the starch, and coat the tofu pieces in the dry starch one by one.

Heat oil in a wok or pan, add tofu cubes, and fry slowly over low heat.

Once one side is set and browned, turn over. When everything is fried, take the tofu out of the pan.

Leave a small amount of oil at the bottom of the pot, add onions and stir-fry.

Add light soy sauce and oyster sauce to water and mix evenly, mix in an appropriate amount of starch, pour into the pot and bring to a boil.

Return tofu to pot.

After it is slightly cooked, add chopped garlic sprouts and take it out of the pot.
