  3. Cut the tofu into thick slices.

  4. Cut the onion into cubes and mince the garlic sprouts.

  5. Take a dry plate, pour the starch, and coat the tofu pieces in the dry starch one by one.

  6. Heat oil in a wok or pan, add tofu cubes, and fry slowly over low heat.

  7. Once one side is set and browned, turn over. When everything is fried, take the tofu out of the pan.

  8. Leave a small amount of oil at the bottom of the pot, add onions and stir-fry.
