Mix the lamb chops with salt, black pepper and a little olive oil and marinate for 15 minutes;

Pour a small amount of olive oil into the frying pan and heat;

Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes, sprinkle with a little thyme and fry until the surface is slightly burnt;
