Add appropriate amount of water to the flour and mix into a dough that is slightly harder than the dumpling wrappers.

Prepare green and red peppers, corn, green beans, and diced meat.

Roll out the dough into a sheet slightly thicker than the dumpling wrapper.

Cut into strips with a knife and then into small square pieces, then pinch the small square pieces into lumps with your hands.

Kneaded lumps.

Add a small spoonful of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of salt and a small spoonful of starch to the diced meat and mix well.

Pour enough water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook until the gnocchi float and are cooked through.

Drain into cold water. Make the gnocchi chewy enough.

Pour off the cold water and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add the diced meat and stir-fry until it becomes elastic.

Add a spoonful of oyster sauce and appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce and stir-fry for a while.

Add green beans and corn kernels and stir-fry evenly.

Add green and red peppers and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt and vinegar and stir-fry until almost cooked.

Finally add the gnocchi and stir-fry until all cooked. You can also add an appropriate amount of chicken powder and chopped green onions to stir-fry to enhance the flavor. (I have omitted these)
