  1. Prepare pork belly, ginger slices and spring onion knots

  2. Add flour to the pork belly and keep kneading it until all the stickiness on the surface is gone

  4. Then blanch the pork belly in cold water, pick it up and wash it

  5. In another pot, add pork belly and water, add ginger slices and spring onions and pour in rice wine

  6. Cover and bring to a boil, then turn to medium-low heat and cook until cooked through, then turn off the heat (about an hour and a half)

  10. When the oil is 7 minutes hot, add the green garlic stalks and stir-fry until fragrant
