Shortbread with Minced Pork, Dried Plums and Vegetables
Overview
The recipe is somewhat similar to egg yolk puff pastry, but I still prefer the stuffing with minced pork, prunes and vegetables. It doesn’t taste greasy. Friends who like it can try it.
