Golden Chicken Wing Tips
Overview
Last time I posted a rice cooker baked chicken wing tip that seemed to be very popular, today I’m sharing another golden chicken wing tip. Both tastes have their own merits, but what they have in common is that they are both very delicious. Because my family doesn’t like spicy food, the spicy limit for my cooking is Lao Gan Ma. Lao Gan Ma’s cooking is indeed very delicious!

Thaw and clean chicken wings at room temperature

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add ginger slices and chicken wings, bring to a boil and cook for two minutes

Chop ginger, garlic and pepper and set aside

Take out the cooked chicken wings and put them in cold water to wash away the remaining fat, then pick them up and let them dry

Heat oil in a pot and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant

Chicken wings are put into the pan and fried

When frying, sprinkle some salt into it, and after frying one side, turn to fry the other side

Fry both sides and add a spoonful of light soy sauce

A spoonful of sugar

Two spoons of oyster sauce

A spoonful of Lao Gan Ma

Mix all the seasonings, stir-fry evenly, add half a bowl of warm water, cover and simmer until the soup is almost dry

Add the pepper and stir-fry for a few times and then take it out of the pan

Finally, it’s time to plate and eat!
