Note: For those of you who have seen Spare Ribs, Tofu Soup, Baby Cabbage and Minced Pork Tofu, please jump from step one to step six~~~~~~ Spare ribs have high nutritional value. Spare ribs are sweet and salty in nature, and enter the spleen, stomach, and kidney meridian; nourish the kidneys and blood, nourish yin and moisturize dryness; it is mainly used to treat fever and body fluid damage, thirst and weight loss, kidney deficiency and body weakness, postpartum blood deficiency, dry cough, constipation, nourishing qi, nourishing yin, moisturizing dryness, nourishing liver yin, moisturizing the skin, facilitating bowel movements and quenching thirst. These are the spareribs I picked out when I was making sparerib soup. I used them to make very simple and delicious sweet and sour spareribs~justdoit~

Prepare the ingredients, do not use a measuring spoon, use a spoon to measure the seasoning to make the sweet and sour sauce~~ 1 spoon of wine, 2 spoons of sugar, 3 spoons of vinegar, 4 spoons of soy sauce, 10 spoons of water (one level spoon equals one spoon)
