Cut the pork belly into small pieces and blanch the meat in cold water.

Heat the pot, add a small amount of oil, add the meat pieces and stir-fry to release the oil, set aside.

Add tempeh, star anise, cinnamon, green onion, ginger and dried chili directly into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add meat, cooking wine, soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Add water and rock sugar, cover and simmer over low heat for one hour, then open the cover over high heat to reduce the juice.
