Prepare the ingredients. Wash the beef and soak it for a while if you have time

There is a lot of beef, and the fatter ones are cut into cubes, leaving one piece uncut

Boil in a pot under cold water until the blood foams

Remove the blood foam on the top until the soup is clear. Rinse the removed beef again

I kept the cooked broth, because the beef is fresh and the soup tastes sweet. If the quantity is small or the broth is cold, I don’t want it. Let it sit for a while, leaving only the clear soup on top.

Add oil, add sugar and fry until brown

Fry the sugar until it turns caramel color, add the beef and stir-fry

The lazier method is to use a pressure cooker, add uncut beef, and add a bowl and a half more water depending on the amount of soup you want to leave. The amount of water added varies with the pot.

Add all the seasonings and taste before closing the pot

After the pressure cooker beeps, adjust the heat to medium-low and wait for fifteen minutes

After cooking, leave it for a few hours

Remove the beef cubes and slice them into sauce beef.
