Wash and chop the three-yellow chicken into pieces and set aside. (Remove the head, claws and skeleton)

Pick up 1/3 of the sauerkraut, add the chicken and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Add sauerkraut, lemon slices, white vinegar, salt, and sugar.
