Overview

I have made burgers many times, but I still think chicken steak is the most delicious when made at home! The chicken has been marinated overnight and is very tasty. You can make the bread dough in advance and fry the steak directly the next day, a very convenient breakfast!

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough until a large amount of thin film appears

  7. Then add seasoning salt, pepper, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, five-spice powder, chicken essence, ginger slices, garlic slices, cooking wine and mix well
