Three fresh wontons
Overview
The wontons I ate when I was a kid were topped with a touch of lard, a few chopped green onions, and some dried shrimp skins at the bottom of the bowl. The delicious flavor will stick with you for a long time. Nowadays, the three delicacies made with Kaiyang, egg skins, and seaweed bring out a unique flavor!
