Stir-fried pork slices with jackfruit
Overview
Jackfruit is a world-famous tropical fruit. The fruit is plump and soft, sweet and delicious, and has a rich fragrance, so it is known as the Queen of Tropical Fruits. Having lived in the north for a long time, this is my first time eating it. It's very sweet, but I'm not used to it. Later, a friend said that jackfruit can be used in dishes, especially meat dishes, so I took out the tenderloin from the refrigerator and acted immediately and made a stir-fried pork slices with jackfruit. It's still good. The sweetness of jackfruit penetrates the meat slices, making it more tender and smooth.
