Overview

There are a lot of sausages at home every Chinese New Year. When I was a kid, I loved eating this dish cooked by my mother. Mix that juice with white rice and eat several bowls of rice. Nowadays, when people are away from home, they often miss this dish.

  1. Wash the chicken and add sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, pepper and salt. Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for six hours

  2. Mince the garlic, flatten the shallots, and slice the sausage

  3. Add oil and sauté minced garlic and onions until fragrant. Add chicken and saute until fragrant. Add sausage, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and water. Bring to boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer
