  1. Wash and devein the shrimp, peel the garlic, slice the ginger, cut the celery and carrot into long strips and set aside.

  2. Put cooking wine, light soy sauce, oil, dark soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl, then marinate the shrimp for more than 30 minutes.

  3. Put oil in the bottom of the enamel pot, then place garlic and ginger on the bottom layer.

  4. Top with onions, carrots and celery.
