Broccoli with chopped pepper and fungus
Overview
The homemade chopped peppers were finally served a few days ago. There were many chopped pepper delicacies lined up to make. The first one made this refreshing cold dish - chopped peppers and fungus mixed with broccoli. It is simple to make, but because of the addition of chopped peppers, it is not bland at all in the mouth. It is nutritious, healthy and refreshing.

Soak the fungus in advance, remove the roots, tear into small florets and clean them; break the broccoli into small pieces and clean them.

Heat hot water in a pot and blanch the fungus for one minute, take it out and put it in cold water.

When the broccoli changes color, immediately remove it from cold water.
