Overview

The Dragon Boat Festival is here, and every household is making rice dumplings - a Chinese tradition. During the Dragon Boat Festival, every household makes rice dumplings, hangs a statue of Zhongkui, wears sachets, hangs mugwort and calamus bags, races dragon boats, wards off evil spirits and exorcises ghosts, and pays homage to Qu Yuan.

  1. Blanch the rice dumpling leaves with hot water and sterilize them. Remove the yolk from duck eggs, no egg white is needed.
