Wash the seafood mushrooms and cut into small pieces.

Wash and cut green vegetables into sections.

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel and cut into pieces.

Thaw mixed vegetable grains, wash and set aside.

Cut the tender tofu into cubes and soak it in cold water for a while to remove the beany smell; soak the black fungus in advance, wash it and tear it into small florets.

Preheat the casserole, pour appropriate amount of oil, add tomatoes and stir-fry.

After the tomatoes are fried until soft, add tofu, seafood mushrooms, black fungus, and mixed vegetables and stir-fry gently.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water.

Add salt, black pepper and Sichuan peppercorns and cook for about 5 minutes.
