Fried river shrimp in oil
Overview
On the tip of the tongue, I saw oil-fried shrimps. They controlled the oil temperature very well, and stir-fried the river shrimps with the sauce. As for me, a novice, I adjusted the sauce, then poured the juice on it and stir-fried it with a spatula for a few times. The shrimps were also covered with the sauce, making it fragrant and delicious.

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the river shrimp and trim its whiskers.

Cut the ginger, green onions and green peppers into slices.

Take a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of cornstarch.
