Prepare as shown.

Starch, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil consumption, add water and mix well and set aside. (A little starch, otherwise it will be sticky)

Cut the tofu into thin slices of about 0.8 cm, then cut into triangles with a knife. Pour more oil into the pot than for stir-frying. Add the tofu over 60% heat and wait for it to crunch, then turn over.

Pan-fried to a crisp on both sides. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Heat a separate pan and pour in a little more oil than normal stir-fry. Add onion and ginger to the pot.

Sauté the green peppers and carrots until fragrant.

When the ingredients are medium cooked, add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry.

After the aroma comes out, add the fungus and stir-fry briefly.

Add tofu and stir-fry until flavourful.

After frying for two minutes, stir the pre-mixed juice evenly, then pour in the ingredients, stir-fry while pouring, reduce the juice and turn off the heat, you're done!
