Grilled Lamb Chops
Overview
Grilled lamb chops are grilled to remove the excess fat from the lamb. Black pepper, cumin, and sesame are added. The flavors of these spices make it charred on the outside and tender on the inside.

Wash the lamb chops and blanch them in boiling water.

Put it into a pressure cooker, add dried chili peppers, bay leaves, star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, and salt and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove and let cool.

Pour in soy sauce and sweet noodle sauce, massage with your hands for a few minutes, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the lamb chops with sesame seeds, black pepper, and cumin. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 5 minutes.

Flip and sprinkle with spices and bake for another 5 minutes.
