Rainbow sticky rice

I have always missed the kind of glutinous rice and shredded pork that I would eat for drinks or festivals when I was a kid, but I didn’t buy any meat this time😭.

Prepare the ingredients: cut corn kernels, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, and mushrooms into cubes, break the beans with your hands, cut red peppers with a hob, chop green onions, and mince garlic.

Start soaking the glutinous rice the next night and it will rise in about seven or eight hours.

Pour in appropriate amount of oil, chili oil, sesame oil, salt, and pepper powder.

Mix well.

Heat the pot, put the glutinous rice with the ingredients in the pot and stir-fry until cooked, then transfer it to a bowl. Wash the pot, heat the pot, pour in cooking oil, after the oil is slightly hot, sauté the garlic until fragrant, add mushrooms, beans, carrots, potatoes and stir-fry, then add cucumbers, red peppers, and finally add an appropriate amount of salt and oil.
