Braised Yellow Croaker with Sausage

Wash the yellow croaker and make a few cuts across the back

Slice the sausage, chop the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Marinate the yellow croaker with salt and cooking wine for ten minutes, then coat both sides with starch

Put oil in the pot, heat the oil and fry the yellow croaker

Fry until crispy, remove and control oil and set aside

Leave a little oil in the wok, add sausage, onion, ginger, garlic and star anise and stir-fry until fragrant

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, water and five-spice powder and bring to a boil

Add the fried fish and chili shreds, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 10 minutes
