Add corn oil and corn kernels

Stir it evenly and put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes

Turn the pan from high heat to low heat, use a spoon to scoop up a spoonful of batter and spread it in the pan. Fry until many bubbles appear on the surface, then turn over and fry for a while.

The corn kernels I choose are very tender corn grown at home. Just scrape it off with a knife.
