Sweet and sour pork loin
Overview
The tenderloin is sweet and sour. When you bite into it, the meat juice bursts out. It is sweet and sour, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is a delicious home-cooked side dish that both younger brothers and sisters love to eat.

Wash the tenderloin, cut it into the same length and width as your little finger, add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, a little peanut oil, flour and starch, and marinate for 20 minutes.
-
Wash the Chinese cabbage, peppers, and carrots and cut them into shreds.
-
Put peanut oil in the pan, pour the marinated tenderloin in and fry until 2 sides are golden brown, place on a plate, pour into the pan and fry again.
-
Stir-fry carrots, peppers, and Chinese cabbage in a pan and put them on a plate. Then stir-fry white sugar in peanut oil in a clean pan. Add white vinegar. Finally, pour the tenderloin and the vegetables you just fried into the pan and stir-fry. Add a little white vinegar before putting it in the pan.
