Steps
-
Mix the fried flowers, black and white sesame seeds, and flour together, then add raisins and white sugar to make a filling and set aside!
-
Take a piece of dough, knead it into strips, divide it into equal portions, and roll it into dough! (For making dough, you can refer to the previous recipe: Sourdough Old Noodles Steamed Buns. You can also use Angel Yeast Powder to make dough easier. Recipe: There is a method for small fried buns)
-
Wrap in an appropriate amount of filling and pinch your mouth, as shown in the picture!
-
Place the pinch edge down on the chopping board, make it rounder, and pinch it into a thin edge in the middle! As shown in the figure
-
Sweet buns with good edges!
-
Use a round bottle cap (I used an oral liquid cap) to press on the fruit bark, and press it into a round shape to make the eyes of the cute bag!
-
Use a bottle cap larger than the eyes to press into a circle first, and then press out a crescent shape on the pressed circle to make a smiling mouth. (As shown in the picture)
-
Dip a little water and place the eyes and crescent-shaped mouth on the pinched sweet bun!
-
Make a shapely smiley bag!
-
Put it in the oven to ferment (it can be at room temperature or in the sun when the weather is hot!) for 30 minutes
-
Apply a small amount of oil on the steamer to prevent sticking, and put in the fermented sweet buns! Steam in a pot over boiling water, then reduce to low heat for 15-20 minutes!

Baby will definitely like it after school!

In order to take care of the tastes of everyone in the family, I sent out more old noodles and made a few more dishes!
