Overview

Summer is here, and the refreshing Liangpi is a good choice for everyone! I don’t put chili pepper in my cold skin, you can use red chili pepper frying oil in it! It must be very cool!

  1. 150g Chengfen, 15g flour, adding some flour can make the cold skin more chewy! These are probably enough for one person, add water, the more you like it, the easier it will be to make it cold!

  3. Grease the bottom of the pan and pour some of the prepared liquid! Lay the bottom of the plate flat, not too thick! Put the steamer on high heat and steam for two minutes! The lid of the pot is opaque!

  7. Cut the cold skin, add the fried oil, add balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, salt, light soy sauce, (put a little sugar, you can add some coriander), I like it very much but it is not suitable for eating!
