-
Rinse the ribs under cold water, cut the ribs and float away any foam. After cutting, wash the ribs with warm water. Add one spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of dark soy sauce, two spoons of very fresh flavor, one spoon of chicken powder, and a little starch. Marinate for half an hour
-
While marinating the ribs, dice the carrots, potatoes, and mushrooms; dissolve the peas. Slice onions and ginger and set aside.
-
Pour in a small amount of oil and stir-fry the onion and ginger until fragrant.
-
Pour in the marinated pork ribs and marinate the soup until it remains in the bowl. Stir fry until the color turns darker.
-
Add the chopped carrots, mushrooms and potatoes and stir-fry evenly. Add a bowl of water to the marinade in the bowl, pour it into the ribs, sprinkle a little salt, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until the ribs are a little tender.
-
Apply a layer of oil to the casserole to prevent it from sticking. Put the washed rice into the casserole, pour in the ribs and sprinkle in the peas.
-
Check the amount of water, try to cover the ribs, cover the lid, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes to allow the rice grains to fully absorb the soup.
