Wash the snow peas and change the knife.

Cut the carrots into thin slices with a spatula.

Blanch in boiling water until raw and remove.

Beat the eggs.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and beat in the egg liquid.

Stir-fry and set aside.
