Cut one king oyster mushroom in half and pat it loose with the back of a knife.

Tear into thin strips by hand.

Cut 5 leeks into long sections, and mince the onions, ginger, garlic, millet and pepper.

A small spoonful of Lee Kum Kee's garlic chili sauce, a small spoonful of oyster sauce, and a small spoonful of low-salt soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of water and a little cornstarch and stir evenly.

Add a little oil to the wok and stir-fry chives, ginger, garlic and millet.

Add shredded king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry.

Sauté until king oyster mushrooms become soft.

Add the leek segments and stir-fry quickly evenly.
