Chive cheese bread
Overview

Put the bread ingredients except butter into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first and then solid. Select the sweet bread function and the bread machine starts mixing. After about 15 minutes, add softened butter and restart the sweet bread program to knead to the expansion stage and ferment.

After taking out the risen dough and deflating it, divide the dough into 8 even pieces, roll them into balls, cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for 15 minutes.

Take a piece of dough and flatten it into an oval shape.

Roll up sideways and press slightly to shape.

Arrange them in the baking pan for secondary fermentation.

After fermentation, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Cut cheese into thin strips.

Spread the chopped chives evenly over the cheese strips.

Bake in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes.
