Put the rice, cinnamon, star anise, and bay leaves into the pot together, stir-fry over medium-low heat until fragrant, and serve.

Let it cool and then crush it with a rolling pin. (You don’t need to crush it too much)

Cut the pork belly into thick slices and shred the onion and ginger.

Add cooking wine, sugar, sweet noodle sauce, and soy sauce.

Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Then add rice flour and a little sesame oil and mix well.

Place the marinated meat, skin side down, into a bowl

Add some water and steam for about 80 minutes.

Remove from the pan and place on a plate.

Fat but not greasy rice flour steamed pork is ready.
