Prepare materials.

Wash and peel autumn pears.

Use a grater to grate out the pear puree and juice.

Put pear puree and pear juice into a casserole, add rock sugar, shredded ginger and Luo Han Guo.

Bring to a boil over low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Pour it out and filter it through a sieve. (Press it down with a spoon and a lot of juice will come out)

Strained juice.

Bring to a simmer with the lid on.

When the juice begins to thicken, stir continuously with a wooden spatula until the juice thickens, then turn off the heat.

Remove from heat and let it cool until warm. Add honey and mix well. Store in a sealed container. When drinking, mix it with a spoonful of warm water and drink. (Add honey when it is warm, otherwise it will be too thick and difficult to pour out when cold.)
