  1. Prepare the enoki mushrooms, wash and tear them apart.

  2. Chop the onions, peppers, coriander and garlic and set aside.

  3. Take a bowl and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil and salt and mix well to form a fragrant sauce.

  4. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add enoki mushrooms and blanch for 5 minutes until cooked and remove.
