Prepare the enoki mushrooms, wash and tear them apart.

Chop the onions, peppers, coriander and garlic and set aside.

Take a bowl and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil and salt and mix well to form a fragrant sauce.

Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add enoki mushrooms and blanch for 5 minutes until cooked and remove.

Remove water from serving dish.

Add a small amount of oil to the pan and sauté the garlic and chili until fragrant.

Sprinkle the sauteed chili garlic onto the enoki mushrooms.

Pour in the sauce prepared previously and mix well.

Finished product. Add onions and coriander to finish.
