Thai Tom Yum Soup
Overview
Tom Yum soup, also called Tomyam soup, Tomyum or tomyam in English, is a distinctive hot and sour soup from Thailand and Laos. The main ingredients include lemon leaves, lemongrass, shrimp, etc. Tom Yum soup is very common in Thailand. This soup is often consumed in large and small restaurants and ordinary people's homes, thus becoming a representative of Thai cuisine.

Wash shrimps and clams.

Fatty beef slices.

Wash and cut mushrooms, tomatoes and onions.

Wash and chop green peppers, red peppers, green onions, coriander, ginger, and garlic.

Tom yum paste, fresh beetroot, coconut milk, mint leaves.

Turn on high heat, heat the oil in the wok, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add bone broth, tom yum paste and fresh bell pepper and bring to a boil.

Add mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and continue cooking.

Add shrimp and clams and cook for 3 minutes.

Add coconut milk, green and red peppers, onions, scallions, and fatty beef slices to the soup and cook for 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat, put it into a bowl, and add coriander and mint leaves.
