Spicy Chicken Nuggets

As a Sichuanese, there are very few people who don’t like the [Spicy] series of dishes~~ Whenever there are various banquets, [Spicy Rabbit Diced], [Spicy Beef Dice] and the like are always on the dining table~~~~ It can be used as a side dish with wine or as a snack~~~ Big and small, old and young, gather together and eat with their mouths full of fragrance~~~~ Even the pepper inside has a unique taste~~ But privately, I have only cooked spicy dishes~~~ There are very few Sichuan people who don’t like spicy dishes. My family member is from Sichuan, but he doesn’t like spicy dishes very much because he can’t stand spicy food~~~~ I remember one time, he made me angry. It was actually a small matter, but I planned to tease him. So I made this dish on purpose and made it very spicy. Even though he never sheds tears, he burst into tears and dared not stop eating~~~ I was holding back my laughter while eating, and he was holding back his tears while eating~~~~This atmosphere and this scene makes me feel happy just thinking about it~~~

After the chicken is cleaned, chop it into small pieces; add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce and marinate for a while;

Add dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns; fry until fragrant;

Add two wattle sticks and stir-fry slightly to bring out the spiciness;
