Cut tofu skin into diamond-shaped pieces

Cut the pepper into diamond-shaped pieces and slice the pork (I forgot to take pictures of the steps)

Pour the oil into the pot, add the sliced meat when it is hot, stir-fry until the pork turns white, add the minced onion and ginger, stir-fry, add a little cooking wine and stir-fry for a few times

Add soy sauce and saute until fragrant

Pour in the tofu skin, add salt, add water level with the tofu skin, bring to a boil, turn to medium to low heat and simmer for a while

When half of the soup is left, add pepper and stir-fry

When the soup is a little thick, add minced garlic and stir-fry for a few times, add MSG to enhance the flavor, pour in water starch to thicken it and it’s ready to serve!
